About Judge Wayne L. Mack
For four decades, Judge Mack has dedicated his life to public service, faith-based leadership, and strengthening Montgomery County. He began his career in 1986 in the Building Maintenance Department as a custodian working the night shift in the very same courthouse that now calls him “Judge.” God bless Texas!
In 2014, he was elected to serve as Justice of the Peace for Justice Court One. Since then, Judge Mack has remained focused on improving services, expanding community partnerships, and leading with compassion.
His tenure has included:
- Increasing court operations and efficiency
- Modernizing court technology and software
- Launching a Chaplaincy Program that includes every faith community in Montgomery County, enabling crisis-response initiatives to support families navigating sudden loss and tragedy
- Founding the Montgomery County Behavioral Health & Suicide Prevention Task Force, which has brought together over 200 volunteers across 12 working groups to improve access to mental-health resources and reduce suicide
- Presenting to thousands through the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s Talk Saves Lives program
Judge Mack continues to serve Montgomery County with integrity, faith, and a heart for helping others.
